Upon completion of this training, graduates are eligible for RYT 200 certification through Yoga Alliance.
Primordial Sound Meditation (PSM) is a powerful mantra based healing practice relying on personalized mantras. Rooted in Vedic traditions of India, this ancient practice allows you to experience inner-calm and deep relaxation. Using a Vedic mathematical formula, PSM uses individually selected sounds of nature (mantras) based on the vibrations the universe was creating at the moment of your birth. “Mantra” is a Sanskrit word which means “instrument for the mind” and is used to disconnect us from the activity of the world.
This training is comprised of four (4) sessions. We will meet the first three (3) Fridays of the month, with an additional private session after the first class.

In Restorative Yoga, the body is supported by props such as blankets and bolsters to help the body to relax completely. In this relaxed state, each student will receive reflexology wherein pressure is applied to specific reflex points in the feet that correspond to different parts of the body. This allows the body and mind to come into a state of balance. What a perfect way to end the workweek.

There will be an opening invocation, chanting, and Q&A, followed by a closing prayer and the Hanuman Chalisa.
Baba’s health procludes him from traveling, so they will join us in the studio live-streaming. We have a big monitor and speakers so you will see and hear them well. We have a good camera and microphone so they will be able to see and hear you well too.

In this state of calm we enter into the Yoga Nidra practice accompanied by the soothing and heart opening vibrations of crystal alchemy singing bowls. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation which moves your awareness deeply into your consciousness, to bring insight, clarity, and peace.
This Advanced Classical Yoga Teacher Training will expand your understanding of yoga, refine your personal practice, hone your teaching skills, and give you the yogic tools to live a joyous yogic lifestyle.
Choose Your Concentration: Advanced Classical Vinyasa — or — Restorative Yoga & Yin Yoga
The goal of yoga sadhana is Self-realization, not being able to do a handstand or put your foot behind your head. While we will study and learn how to do and modify postures in both programs, we will also study advanced pranayama techniques, kriyas, and other yogic tools to cleanse the nadis and prepare for deeper levels of practice.
Graduates of this program will be eligible for RYT 500 certification through Yoga Alliance. If you already are an RYT 500, this training will give you an 800 hour certification.
