    Arm balancing requires some strength and flexibility, but mostly it requires an understanding of alignment, and the physics of how and where to shift your weight to keep your center of gravity in the right place so that you can remain in the posture. 

    We will practice bakasana (crow pose), parsva bakasana (side crow), tittibhasana (firefly pose),  eka pada galavasana (flying pigeon pose), and astavrakasana.
