We invite you for an afternoon of deep relaxation and rejuvenation as Susan and Angela combine their studies, experience, and love of this practice in this special two hour Restorative Yoga experience.
Restorative yoga is a deeply nourishing practice that pacifies the nervous system and restors balance. Generous use of props to fully support you in the postures, invites the body to gradually open and rest in ease for a longer duration.
Postures such as light twists, forward folds, and chest-opening shapes help improve circulation, reduce stress, and support better sleep. There are no standing postures in this practice.
With two teachers present, students will receive extra care and attention throughout the practice.
Appropriate for beginners and experienced practitioners.
Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and an extra layer for warmth.
