Yoga is an ancient healing practice known to strengthen yet also calm the body, mind, and emotions. In our playful classes, expect your child to learn yoga poses, mindful movement, breathing, and relaxation techniques. We will focus on cultivating a quiet mind, while increasing strength and flexibility, and improving motor skills and concentration. Games, stories, and music will be incorporated into this fun, non-competitive class. Each class ends with a period of relaxation and aromatherapy.
