Lauren is a Reiki Master who loves finding new ways to clear out negativity in the body and in life, so that there is more room to attract beautiful and joyful things. She received 200 hour certification in 2013 from True Living Yoga, 500 hour and Yin certifications in 2016 from Inspired Yoga & Healing Center, and Hot yoga certification in 2017 from Always at Aum.     

Lauren’s classes are a combination of static and dynamic poses with flows throughout. She also teaches a yinyasa class which consists of flows during the first half of class, followed by yin “shapes” for the remainder of class.  There are modifications as well as levels of progression, making Lauren’s class a great option for any level practitioner.  Her belief is that each physical body is very different, and knowing how to test your boundaries is equally as important as knowing how to scale things back a notch when needed. Every day is a new practice, and paying attention to your body’s needs is always of highest priority.
