Starting out as a personal trainer and fitness instructor Dani loved helping people through fitness, but came to understand and appreciate that yoga had more holistic benefits. After an accident left her with a back injury, yoga was her path to healing.
Dani’s natural ability to connect with children inspires her to create fun, age-appropriate classes filled with games, songs, imaginative play, and activities that engage children while giving them tools to develop self esteem, feel calmer, happier, and more peaceful inside.
