"RYT 200, Teaching Gentle Yoga"

Starting out as a personal trainer and fitness instructor Dani loved helping people through fitness, but came to understand and appreciate that yoga had more holistic benefits. After an accident left her with a back injury, yoga was her path to healing.

Dani leads a gentle yoga class at a slower pace with a focus on increasing flexibility, releasing tension and improving strength. Yoga props are often used for safe practice, which allows the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably. The goal is to move away from the busy, fast pace of our lives into a practice that is gentler, mindful and conscious, while receiving the abundant benefits of yoga. 

Dani is also a gifted and experienced Kids Yoga teacher and has training and experience teaching Yoga for Special Needs kids and adults in group and private classes to enhance their confidence and self-esteem.

POP UP: Gentle/Restorative Yoga with Dani

This class is good for beginners and experienced students who prefer a gentle, relaxing practice. With awareness on the breath, the body is supported with blocks, bolsters, and blankets to ensure comfort and stability while holding the postures. This practice is conducted mainly on the floor in seated and reclining postures.

Yoga for Special Needs Teens

This is a yoga class specifically designed for teenagers with special needs. In this class we will engage your child in safe mindful movement to improve strength and flexibility. We will also introduce calming exercises, such as breathing games and meditation. Your child will find this class to be fun and empowering.

Gentle Vinyasa Yoga IN STUDIO

Awareness of the breath is encouraged to facilitate movement in and out of poses. Postures include spine lengthening, twisting, gentle hip and chest opening in a manner accessible to most people. This class is good for beginners and experienced students who prefer a more gentle practice.
