Combining ujjayi breath with a challenging sequence of postures, creates internal heat in this Dharma-inspired classical vinyasa flow class. Expect spine lengthening and strengthening, inversions, chest opening (back bending), hip opening, and arm balances, to a rockin' playlist to keep energy levels up. In classical vinyasa, postures are held for five to ten breaths (or more) so that the benefits of the posture may be more fully realized, for it is in the holding of the pose that transformation occurs.
This class is not appropriate for beginners.
