"Teaching Gentle & Restorative Yoga"

Donna Coogan, ERYT 500, RCYT, RPYT, YACEP, ARCB, and Reflexologist, has been practicing and teaching yoga in the ISHTA tradition since 1999. She teaches students of all ages, including children in public schools through the Arts in Education program. Each student’s individual needs are met through the use of asana, pranayama and meditation.  

As a board certified reflexologist, she guides students to bring the body into a state of balance.

Gentle Mind/Body Stretch IN STUDIO
with Donna Coogan

Bring your awareness to your breath to calm your mind and elevate your consciousness. This class is all about slow, gentle stretching to release tension in the body and gradually increase mobility. All postures are either seated or reclining with props to support the pose or without to go deeper into a stretch. Suitable for beginners or experienced students who just want to enjoy an hour of gentle full body stretches.
